Cutting board

Bending

Sheet metal workers will cut the sheet, according to the specifications of the production drawings, bending the required workpiece as required.

Welding

After the bending, the welder will weld the parts prepared by the sheet metal worker according to the drawing requirements.

Polishing

After welding forming, go to the next polishing process, and the polishing worker will polish the welding spot on the welded forming workpiece smoothly.

Powder Coating

After the above procedures, the product began to take shape, and was put to the designated place for plastic spraying.

Assembling
