The following planning applications have been submitted to Fenland District, West Norfolk Borough and South Holland District Council.

FENLAND

Doddington: 23/0404/RM, land east of 6B Primrose Hill, Reserved Matters application relating to detailed matters of access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale pursuant to outline application F/YR22/0017/O to erect two dwellings and the formation of an access (outline application with all matters reserved).

Elm: 23/0417/TRCA, The Holt, Main Road, fell one Elder tree within a conservation area;

23/0422/PNC04, Barn north east of Amberleigh 159 Gosmoor Lane, change of use from agricultural building to two dwellings (single-storey, 3-bed) (Class Q (a) and (b).

Guyhirn: 23/0401/AG1, Redgate Farm, Fen Road, erect an agricultural building.

Leverington: 23/0411/TRCA, Hopwood The Still, Works to one Lime tree within a conservation area;

23/0412/TRCA, land north of Hopwood, The Still, works to two Sycamore trees and one x Horse Chestnut tree within a Conservation Area.

March: 23/3055/COND, The Broad Street Project, Broad Street, details reserved by Condition 2 (Timetable) and 3 (Renovation, Repair, Re-painting) of planning permission F/YR22/1318/LB (works to a listed structure involving relocation of the Coronation Fountain canopy, steps and flagstones);

23/0414/F, 18 Broad Street, alterations to existing building including removal of existing signage, one ATM and one night safe involving in-filling apparatus with brickwork/glass;

Newton-in-the-Isle: 23/0403/F, land west of 1 Ferry Farm, Ferry Lane, change of use of land to secure dog exercise area.

Wisbech: 23/0413/A, 22 - 23 Old Market, display one non-illuminated fascia sign;

23/0415/F, 22 - 23 Old Market, alterations to existing building involving conversion of part of building to create six two-storey dwellings (one one-bed, four two-bed and one-three-bed) and refurbishment of existing nightclub including new frontage;

WEST NORFOLK

Upwell: 23/00856/PACU3, York House, 101 Croft Road, notification for prior approval for change of use of agricultural building to dwellings.

Walpole Highway: 23/00744/F, Sunset Farm, Lynn Road, four-bed single storey dwelling with room in roof involving demolition of existing building.

Walsoken: 23/00874/F, Fairview, proposed formation of a manege, including lighting and fencing.

SOUTH HOLLAND
